Responsibilities:

Category A :

  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships with partners and customers
  • Sources, develops and analyzes customer needs to establish a customer-intimate business environment, proposes and implements turnkey solutions
  • To work with, devise and implement creative campaigns for customers, monitor progress, and ensure customer engagement
  • To act as a day to day manager and be a central point of contact for all key partnerships to ensure the service is delivered and partnership well serviced resulting in customer renewal
  • To work with support functions to ensure the campaigns are executed within agreed value proposition with the customers
  • To prepare presentations, reports, plans etc. as necessary
  • Sharing of best practices to improve business results
  • Work to improve wallet share in comparison to competition
  • Share feedback and Market Trends to help improve and fine tune the product as per customer requirements.

Category B:

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Report on sales activities to top management
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research  
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,25,000 P.A. Perks, Incentives & special Incentives
